We offer reliable, trackable shipping across New Zealand. Most orders arrive within 5-7 working days, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Exchanges & Order Issues
If you need to exchange an item, please ensure it’s unused and in original condition, with all tags still attached. We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. If there’s a mistake with your order or your item arrives damaged, get in touch with us within 14 days so we can make it right.
